About This Journal
I started this journal on LiveJournal in 2003, but moved here in March 2008 due to LiveJournal’s mistreatment of its users. All entries are currently cross-posted to Dreamwidth, InsaneJournal, JournalFen, and LiveJournal. To keep things simple, comments are only allowed here. Anyone can comment on public entries; register to comment on locked entries.

Note: all entries prior to March 22, 2008 are copied from my LiveJournal and InsaneJournal archives. Icons, moods, and music were lost in the move.

I’m Laura. Formerly drinkthepoison(x). I’ve been fannish forever, but came online for Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I used to run a fic archive called All About Spike; if you know me, it’s probably from there.
These days I tend to skip around through various fannish interests, though nothing has come close to the all-consuming obsession of Spike fandom. Recent fandoms have been Doctor Who (especially dark Ten/Simm!Master and cracky oldschool Three/Delgado). Current obsessions are Dorothy Dunnett’s Lymond Chronicles and the music of David Bowie.
I’m helping run the fanfiction convention Writercon in 2009. If you’re into fic, check it out!
